About

bio photo | Sarah McClane, LMHC | Online Therapist | New York State

I’m a straight shooting, tell it like it is, kind of therapist. I’m laid back and open because I do my best to make therapy comfortable for you. We’ll do our best work together when we have a good rapport and build a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship. I’ll treat you like a real person and don’t want to just take your money week after week. I want you to feel better and see results.

My passion is helping you find real-world solutions that you can easily put into practice. I don’t use a lot of “psychobabble” or buzz words to get my point across. I focus all of my attention on you and the conversation we’re having to give you feedback you can really use.

I’m a huge believer in listening to your gut and your instincts. Even though you may not think you can trust your gut now, I promise you that we’ll get there. My job is to help you recognize and listen to it. That means that I need you to be open to change, ready to shift your perception to a new way of thinking, and excited to choose happiness!

Giving you personal attention is my priority whether it’s answering messages within a couple of hours, scheduling first sessions within a week, or remembering the smallest details about your life. I care deeply about my clients and it’s my honor to help you transform your life.

And When You’re Not Helping Others?

When I’m not in the office, I enjoy kayaking and hiking with my beloved husband. I’m an avid reader and enjoy adult coloring. Even though I can’t draw a straight line, coloring speaks to me and is a big stress reliever.
